Before confirming your rental
Confirm availability, vehicle condition, your dates, the full price and the required documents with EasyMoto before paying. Daily rates are displayed against each vehicle. We do not offer hourly rentals. The rental day ends at 7 PM; returning after that time adds a NPR 500 night or late-return charge.
The security deposit is usually NPR 5,000, but varies by vehicle, rental duration and arrangement. Confirm the exact amount and refund conditions before booking. We provide a helmet. Fuel is paid for by the renter.
Nepali customers need identity documentation, a valid driving licence for verification and a blank cheque or cash deposit. International customers need a passport, valid driving licence, IDP, cash deposit and a letter of accommodation or guarantor from Nepal.
Confirm cancellation, insurance coverage, damage liability, permitted routes and deposit refund terms directly with our team. These details are not yet published as fixed policies. Inspect the vehicle with our team and agree on pickup and return arrangements.
